WoW Enchanting Guide
Enchanting is an excellent
profession and very profitable right from the lower
levels. This WoW Enchanting guide will go over who should
become an enchanter and how to level in enchanting.
When you study enchanting in World of Warcraft you learn how
to add statistics and enchantments to items by imbuing them
with enchantments. At the higher levels these can be very
powerful, adding +9 to weapon damage or +22 to intellect for
example.
But right from the lower levels it is a very useful skill to
have and also very in demand, which is why you can make good
Gold at an early stage by enchanting items and selling them at
the Auction house.
In this WoW Enchanting guide, I'd recommend this profession,
particularly if your character is a spell-caster or a Blood
Elf.
Unlike Blacksmithing with Mining or Alchemy with Herbalism,
there is no one other profession that is the best partner to
Enchanting. Enchanting goes well with Tailoring or
Blacksmithing where you can create items to enchant and then
use or sell.
But to make money with enchanting you can buy the basic
items then enchant them and sell them on for a profit. You can
also simply charge to enchant other people's items. So
Tailoring and Blacksmithing are not necessary partners. you
could just as well go for Mining, Herbalism or Skinning, which
will all help you to earn more money in their own right.
Setting Up Shop
Here's a brief WoW Enchanting guide to selling your skills.
If you want to make a business out of Enchanting you can either
sell to your friends and guild, or set up shop on the trading
channel. Price your enchants and start telling people about
what you have to offer! (Enchanting requires certain
ingredients and you want to be clear of a different price if
they provide the ingredients, or if you do).
Be courteous to the customer, treat it as a real business.
You get lots of repeat customers in WoW. Be honets and help out
newbies, your reputation will spread and bring you good
business. Check the prices others are offering to keep yours
reasonable.
You can also make money fom disenchanting items by buying
green items from the Auction House, disenchanting them, which
gives you reagents, then selling the reagents back for a
profit. It's better to do this by bulk. It takes some
experience, and trial and error to get this right, but when you
do you can make a tidy profit.
